Mrs. Dinger has been teaching music and “striking up the band” for 17 years now! As  the majority of those years have been in the Temecula Valley Unified School District, Mrs. Dinger is ecstatic to be bringing the gift of music and building a quality instrumental music program in the Lake Elsinore Unified School District!

Before and while teaching, Mrs. Dinger started as a professional trombonist, playing with the Stockton Symphony, San Francisco Symphony, Moonlight Amphitheater, Valley Winds, North Coast Symphony and San Diego Symphony. She has studied with trombonist and conductor Robert Halseth, classical trombonist Heather Buchman and famous jazz artists Bill Watrous, Bill Yeager, and Ashley Alexander.

Mrs. Dinger studied at the Conservatory of Music at The University of the Pacific, University of Riverside majoring in Music, and earned a MA in Educational Administration. She currently holds a Single Subject credential in music and a Multiple Subject.

Mrs. Dinger is known for building multi-level band programs, developing and teaching a sound K-8 general music program with scope and sequence, and her choral programs. Her goal is to immerse as many students as possible with a good education and genuine love for music!
